At the end of summer and beginning of autumn, Songde tools welcomed 18 energetic and spirited new employees of the 2023 generation. In order to help them quickly integrate into the company, on the afternoon of September 9th, an event with the theme of "Creating a 'New Resident' Occupational and Workers' Family and Friends Circle" was jointly held by Changxing County Civil Affairs Bureau, Huaxi Street Social Work Station, and Songde Social Work Station at Songde tools.

The first step of the meeting was a tea party hosted by social workers from Huaxi Street. During the self introduction session, 18 new employees introduced themselves one by one, including their names, job positions, personal hobbies, etc. And shared their experience of changing roles, adapting to new jobs, and experiencing the ups and downs of work, expressing the joy of joining Songde and the beautiful expectation of growing together with the company.

After completing their self introduction, the 18 participants need to draw the colleague who left the deepest impression on them during the self introduction session on a blank paper. After drawing, they will show it to everyone and ask them to guess which colleague they are drawing.

At the event, the social worker first introduced quartz sand texture painting, which is a popular painting style created using granular quartz sand, rich and colorful acrylic pigments, and shaping paste as media, creating a texture with granular, three-dimensional, and orderly layers. Thanks to the efforts of the final employees, a series of creative, distinctive, and artistic quartz sand texture paintings were created.

The brief gathering and communication allowed new employees to feel the company's meticulous care and team vitality, accumulating positive energy and unlimited motivation to strive for progress. In the future, I hope that every Songde person can shine in their own position, walk hand in hand with the Songde family, grow together, and create a better tomorrow.
