1.Processing content: cylinder block-12-thrust shield rough and fine milling
●Materials: HT300
●Machine tool: Mori Fine Machine horizontal add (BT50)
●Cooling: internal cooling, emulsion
●Cutter diameter Φ250, B axis rotation, left and right sides milling
●Process requirements: width 38 ± 0.1 mm, span 120 mm, roughness RA3.2
●Processing parts: milling left and right sides of the edge of a total of eight files (such as the red box on the right)
●Intermittent processing
●Higher processing efficiency is required to meet the process rhythm
