1.Industry introduction

The cylinder is the shell of the steam turbine. Outside the cylinder are connected with pipes such as steam inlet, exhaust, extraction, etc. 


2.Processing background

●There is a ring of countersunk hole 127 in the upper inlet end of the main cylinder of steam turbine, which needs to be processed. There are 28 holes in total, and the depth of each hole reaches 700mm

●Difficult points of workpiece processing

●Processing hole depth of more than 700, easy to produce vibration lines
